Hi! I’m Jamie Woodman, an Information Technology student at Capella University with a growing passion for artificial intelligence and lifelong learning. I hold a Google IT Support Certificate and am currently preparing for the CompTIA A+ certification. I’ve always been fascinated by technology—even when I didn’t believe I was “tech-savvy” enough to belong in the field. Since beginning my academic journey, I’ve discovered just how much I can learn—and how much I enjoy it. I was recently honored to be accepted into the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), which has inspired me to keep developing both as a leader and a learner. Standing at the Edge of What’s Next

Right now, I’m in a unique place—standing between what I’ve already accomplished and everything that’s still ahead.

I’m so close to finishing my bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. My final class and capstone projects are in progress, and graduation is almost here. But at the same time, I’m already looking forward—toward certifications, new projects, and the start of my IT career.

It’s both exciting and a little overwhelming. But more than anything, it’s motivating.

What This Moment Feels Like:

  • 🏁 Pride: I’ve worked so hard to get here, and that deserves to be celebrated
  • ⏳ Anticipation: I know the real journey is just beginning
  • 💡 Clarity: I have a better idea of where I want to go next—CompTIA A+, CAPM, and beyond
  • 🚀 Momentum: Every step I’ve taken so far is fueling what’s coming next

I’m realizing that finishing school isn’t an ending—it’s a launchpad. All the late nights, study sessions, projects, and even doubts have brought me here, ready for the next chapter.

This is the moment where preparation turns into opportunity.
